Alexander Krasavin is a partner at Radford and leads the firm’s Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) operations. He also serves as a member of the Radford Operating Committee.
Alex brings to Radford more than 15 years of consulting experience in the life sciences, high-tech, and financial services sectors working across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and North America. His expertise includes rewards; project management; operational improvement; talent management; stakeholder engagement; post-merger integration; organizational restructuring; strategic expansion; and cost efficiency best practices.
Prior to joining Radford, Alex led Mercer’s life sciences offerings in Asia Pacific and served as product leader for their workforce metrics offerings in AMEA.
Alex earned a Master of Business Administration in strategy from Yale School of Management, a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics, and bachelor degrees from University of Illinois in finance and information systems.
