Patricia Averett is an associate partner in Radford’s Talent Practice. Leveraging more than 25 years’ experience, Patricia aligns strategy, culture and talent to accelerate and sustain high-impact, high-engagement, and high-inclusion organizations.
Her consulting work in strategy execution, business transformation and large-scale culture change has helped her clients achieve significant positive change in both business results and corporate culture. Skilled in executive coaching, assessment and leadership development, she also works with senior leaders to hone their ability to lead change and increase their leadership impact. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Radford, she was an associate client partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group, general manager of Personnel Decisions International’s (PDI) San Francisco office, west region managing director for Interaction Associates, and a principal consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Earlier, she was founder and president of Organization Perspectives, Inc., an OD consulting firm.
Patricia is the author of the book, High Risk Consulting With The CEO: Leveraging the Alliance for Change When the Stakes Are High, and has presented her work at national and international conferences.
Patricia holds a master’s degree in organization development and analysis from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from Northeastern University.
