J. Mark Davis is an Associate Partner and senior member of Radford’s
sales compensation consulting practice. Mark has more than 25 years of sales compensation consulting experience, helping clients navigate complex issues to improve overall sales compensation effectiveness. At Radford, Mark specializes in working with clients in the technology, medical device, and life sciences industries to assess, design, and implement compelling and motivational sales incentive plans that improve the alignment between clients’ sales resources and their strategic business priorities.
Prior to joining Radford, Mark was the founder and managing principal of Valitus Group, a boutique sales compensation and effectiveness consulting firm. Before founding Valitus, Mark led the sales effectiveness and rewards consulting practice in the west region for Towers Watson. He started his career in sales compensation consulting at The Alexander Group.
Mark earned a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University. He is a frequent speaker at sales compensation conferences and a past faculty member for WorldatWork’s various sales compensation training offerings.
