Nancy Ho serves as Partner, Product Management for the Rewards Solutions practice at Aon, and is currently responsible for overseeing product management across our Rewards Solutions business, including the Radford Network® portal. She has more than 10 years of experience leading the design and delivery of data-as-a-service software products, and has held similar roles at Aon the past four years.

Prior to joining Aon, she was Director of Products and Research at Equilar, Inc., a data-as-a-service company providing executive compensation and corporate governance insights to Russell 3000 companies.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics from University of California, Riverside as well as an Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

As Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer for the Rewards Solutions practice at Aon, Alex Cwirko-Godycki leads a team of 35 marketing and customer success professionals focused on driving revenue growth and great client experiences across Aon’s rewards products and services. He also works with the Rewards Solutions leadership team to guide investment and product decisions. Alex is passionate about helping clients address pay inequities and to think more creatively about new and diverse sources of talent as they seek to build the workforces of the future.

Alex joined Aon in April 2011 as a member of the firm’s executive compensation consulting team, where he focused on developing innovative tools and content to support emerging growth companies and to assess CEO pay for performance. Subsequently, he took on a series of marketing roles at Radford, the technology and life sciences unit of Aon’s rewards business, eventually becoming the head of marketing for Radford. Prior to joining Aon, Alex was the head of communications for Jump Associates, a strategy and innovation consulting firm, and before that, he served as the co-head of research and chief spokesperson for Equilar, a leading executive compensation and corporate governance data provider.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Arts & Sciences at Cornell University, where he majored in both history and government. While at Cornell, he also captained the university’s intercollegiate rugby club.

Brooke Green

Brooke Green works with clients to develop alignment between company strategy and total rewards programs. She leads Aon's Rewards Solutions practice's consulting efforts related to the assessment, design and communication of compensation programs for hourly, professional and management level employees. Her work covers all elements of pay including base salaries, annual and long-term incentives, and sales force compensation programs. Brooke has significant experience developing base salary structures for companies in a variety of industries and at all stages of development. Her recent focus is the design of global leveling structures and career paths for technology and biopharmaceutical companies, including Cisco Systems, Gilead Sciences, Novo Nordisk, and VMware.

Before joining Aon, Brooke held a senior consulting role at Hay Group and prior to that she founded Presidio Pay Advisors, a boutique compensation consulting firm acquired by Hay Group.

For the past ten years, Brooke has also served as an instructor with the Northern California Human Resources Association's continuing education program, currently teaching "Designing and Managing Salary Structures" and "The Ins and Outs of Base Salary Management". Her thinking on these topics is published in the Journal of Compensation and Benefits.

Brooke received an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and she also holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

David Knopping

As president of the Rewards Solutions practice at Aon, David Knopping is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s data, consulting and analytics businesses. Just over the past 12 months, he has overseen the successful integration of the Hewitt, McLagan and Radford businesses to form a unified global Rewards Solutions business.

David has served clients in the area of executive compensation for nearly two decades, working closely with senior management and boards of directors on executive pay, equity and governance matters focused on the high-technology and life sciences sectors. He has extensive experience helping clients in high-growth industries navigate executive compensation matters and governance issues that arise during the transition from IPO to public company. David is a renowned speaker on executive and equity compensation topics. He is also part of the leadership team for Aon’s Human Capital Solutions business and serves as a member of Aon’s broader executive leadership team.

Previously, David held various consulting positions at iQuantic, Buck Consultants and the Vanguard Group. He has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley - Haas School of Business. He is based in San Francisco.

Robert Surdel

Robert Surdel leads the North America Consulting practice of Aon’s Rewards Solutions business. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Rob advises compensation committees and management teams across a broad range of rewards and people issues, including executive and board of directors’ compensation, short-term incentive design, long-term incentive strategy, IPO planning, transaction support and business transformation. Rob works across organizational life cycles, from start-up to mature, private to public, growth to decline, acquisition to exit— with deep expertise in the life sciences industry.

Prior to his current role, Rob led the US Consulting practice at Radford, the technology and life sciences unit of Aon’s rewards business, and held other consulting positions before joining Aon.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, and a Master of Business Administration from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

He holds several compensation certifications, is a frequent speaker on various compensation topics and is published in industry journals.
 

Amy Jennings

Amy Jennings is Partner and North America Practice Leader – Executive Compensation for the Rewards Solutions business at Aon, and also serves as an executive compensation consultant. She works with both management and compensation committees to provide services in all areas of executive compensation, including compensation strategy, competitive benchmarking, corporate governance, equity award guidelines, evaluation and design of short- and long-term incentive plans, transactions, retention strategies, performance metric selection, and board of director pay. Amy works with both public and privately held organizations in the life sciences, manufacturing and transportation industries.

Amy has spoken at national and regional forums, including Chicago Compensation Association, Bain Executive Network, and the National Director Institute Executive Exchange.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science in management from Drake University in Des Moines and her Master of Business Administration in management and finance from Loyola University in Chicago.

Michael Marzano is the Chief Commercial Officer of Aon’s Rewards Solutions business responsible for leading teams that own survey sales, channel partnerships and global client relationship across the US market. Over the past 20 years, Michael has held multiple client leadership roles with Aon spanning total rewards, M&A, talent management and HR effectiveness both in the US and abroad. In this time, he has led some of our firm’s largest, most complicated client relationships and engagements.

Michael earned an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Connecticut.
 

Patrick Connell

Patrick Connell is Partner and leader of the McLagan Banks Consulting Group for the Rewards Solutions business at Aon. He specializes in providing performance and rewards guidance to a wide range of financial services clients with specific expertise advising clients on pay, productivity, staffing and expense control issues; designing compensation programs to support client business objectives; and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits reviews.

Patrick joined the firm in 1996 and has led engagements for major U.S. and foreign institutions, including banks, capital markets institutions, financial advisory consulting firms, and government-sponsored enterprises. He is a frequent speaker at industry association events sponsored by the Mortgage Bankers Association, Foreign Bank Forum, and Institute of International Bankers, where he is a member of the Professional Liaison Committee.

Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

 

Ephraim Edelman

Ephraim Edelman is leads global product strategy & data solutions for the Rewards Solutions practice at Aon. His principal focus is on the McLagan data business and includes leading strategic initiatives across product development, platform strategy and execution, governance, and the next generation of McLagan’s data and analytics client solutions. Ephraim is also responsible for leading McLagan’s global colleague training and development on new solutions and platforms to ensure a seamless client experience. McLagan is the financial services unit of Aon’s rewards business.

Previous roles at McLagan included serving as a senior product leader, relationship manager, consultant, and team leader for a variety of business segments both in the U.S. and U.K. including leading the corporate and commercial banking segment, and banking and capital markets segments.

His areas of expertise include customized compensation benchmarking, designing and advising firms on salary structures and incentive plan design to support client business objectives, linking performance to reward on an individual and aggregate basis, and advising clients on market practices and requirements. Ephraim partnered closely with several industry associations to develop these business segments, while delivering increased value to member clients.

Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Ephraim worked at CIBC World Markets, and at Pershing, a division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, serving in compensation, human resources and internal consulting roles.

Ephraim has a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
 

Michael Deeks

Mike Deeks leads the Asset Management and Insurance Businesses within Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice. He specializes in delivering performance and rewards advice and guidance to all forms of asset manager, including public and private advisory firms, banks, insurance companies and asset owners.

His expertise spans incentive plan design and pay for performance; board advisory and executive compensation; compensation philosophy; and compensation benchmarking.

Michael is a frequent speaker on compensation-related topics, and hosts McLagan’s annual client conference and numerous roundtable events. Michael is also a qualified U.K. lawyer. McLagan is the financial services unit of Aon’s rewards business.

Ray Everett

An accomplished performance and rewards expert who is adept in financial services and global markets, Ray Everett currently manages Aon’s Rewards Solutions business across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, spanning nine offices and more than 200 team members. He serves as a member of Aon’s Human Capital Solutions and Rewards Solutions Leadership Teams. He has been with the firm for over two decades, and his diverse career includes experience in Asia-Pacific, North America and the Middle East & Africa. He established Aon’s McLagan business in the Middle East 10 years ago and the McLagan business in Asia Pacific nearly 20 years ago. McLagan is the financial services unit of Aon’s rewards business.

An authority on financial services compensation, Ray counsels boards, CEOs, remuneration committees, government leaders and senior executives worldwide. His clients include leading sovereign wealth funds and private equity firms as well as many regional and global banks. His experience as a global executive earned him a nomination to the Forbes Top 50 Executives in the Middle East.

Sean Carney

Sean Carney leads the European practice of Aon’s Rewards Solutions business.

With 18 years consulting experience, Sean provides his clients with data, insight and advice to help optimise their investment in rewards. He supports clients by appropriately linking firm values, strategy and performance to reward.

Prior to his current role, Sean led the McLagan Banks team in Europe where he has managed relationships with each of the largest European Banks. He led large and complex rewards projects with several of those while also being responsible for the McLagan compensation survey program.

Sean graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics before beginning his career within the management consulting arm of Schlumberger. He is a regular speaker at industry events and works with several industry associations.

 

Brian Flume

Brian Flume leads the global client and data operations teams that deliver the compensation survey products for Aon’s Rewards Solutions business. Brian is passionate about teams, innovation and operational excellence to improve client outcomes.

Previously, he led several functional areas within the McLagan Data & Analytics platform including global operations, technology product development and digital transformations.
Brian joined Aon in 2005 and has extensive experience in the fields of executive compensation advisory, relationship management, survey management, data and analytics, digital transformations, operations and technology.

He is based out of our Stamford, CT office, with prior roles in our New York, Dubai and London offices supporting a wide variety of international compensation advisory and products.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a finance concentration from the University of Vermont. He also studied international business management at the University of Queensland, Australia.
