We always aim to use existing documentation, such as job titles, job descriptions, job postings and org. charts to minimize your workload. From there, we'll conduct in-person or telephonic job matching meetings with people managers and HR teams to finalize job match decisions in an inclusive manner that builds buy-in of future survey results. Ongoing support often includes help with job evaluation and job leveling across locations and reviews of new job types, especially after M&A deals.
