Study Overview

We are pleased to invite your company to participate in the second edition of the 2020 Salary Increase and Turnover Study, an in-depth exploration of global salary increase budgets, turnover trends, and more, as these topics will become increasingly important to navigate the months ahead and plan for 2021.

While the first edition of the study, conducted from January through March of this year, provided projected salary increase budgets for 2020, the second edition of the 2020 Salary Increase and Turnover Study will provide actual 2020 salary increase budgets and turnover trends as well as projected budgets for 2021. Even if you've frozen pay or hiring because of the COVID-19 pandemic, your participation is still critical as we cover a lot of traditional pay delivery practices.

A wide range of topics are covered in this study, including:

  • Salary increases;
  • Turnover trends;
  • Workforce planning;
  • Talent identification (e.g., high potentials, critical talent/key positions and top performers);
  • Performance management;
  • Pay philosophy and approach;
  • Promotions;
  • Special adjustments; and
  • General increases - cost of living.

Complimentary Participation and Results

The results of this study should be invaluable to any organization that is looking to understand salary increase budgets and turnover trends both locally and on a global stage in 2020 as well as projected salary increase budgets for 2021.

All participants who provide a complete and accurate submission by the deadline will receive a complimentary copy of the results*.

*The results you receive will be commensurate with the quality and completeness of your submission. E.g. If you submit data for only the U.S., you will only receive only U.S. results. By submitting data for all countries where you have operations, you will receive a full global report.
