With this in mind, our sixth global HR pulse survey of 2020 focuses on how companies are preparing for the future of work while continuing to manage critical people programs as the COVID-19 pandemic progresses. Covered topics include:

  • Defining, managing and implementing the future of work, including understanding where organizations stand today;
  • Remote and flexible working approaches, including actions organizations are taking to support remote or flexible working arrangements, both in the short- and long-term;
  • Location- or geo-based pay strategies, including how companies are rethinking their practices as employees continue to work remotely and relocate;
  • Total rewards programs, including how organizations are continuing to adjust key strategies over time;
  • Shifting workforce demographics accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic; and
  • Gathering early insight on vaccine practices and requirements.
